Ingredients:
Avarekalu : 200 gms
Green chillies : 8
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves : 10
Turmeric : 1tsp
Salt : 1tsp
Tempering :
Oil : 3tbsp
Mustard seeds : 2tsps
Hing : 1tsp
Procedure:
First, remove peel avarekalu. Boil it in pressure cooker in high flame in 3 whistles. Then switch off the flame. Cool it. Then strain d water. Boiled avarekalu ready. Keep aside.
Then take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, Hing, mustard seeds, fry it well & saute it well. Then add boiled avarekalu, stir occasionally. Then add turmeric, salt, mix it well. Stir 10 mins. Finally add coriander leaves & curry leaves. Mix it well. Then switch off the flame. Serve it. So traditional & tasty 😍😍. Enjoy ♥️♥️♥️.
Note: peeled avarekalu soak it overnight with water & peel it. Seeds comes. We can do it this Sundal also. So tasty 😍😍.
