Ingredients:
white chick peas -250 gms
Dry roasted coriander seeds, chana dal and 2 red chilies and grinded as a coarse powder
Grated coconut 1 cup
For seasoning
2 green chillies
2 red chillies
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 arc of curry leavess5
Soak white chick peas for 8 hours
Boil it in pressure cooker . Allow it to whistle for 2 times
After the pressure release, put necessary salt and steam it for some time .
Keep a kadai
Add 2 tips of oil
Add mustard seeds . Let it splutter
Add curry leaves chillies and little hing
Now Add the boiled white chick peas
Curry leaves .. allow it to boil for some more time
Now Add the grinded coarse powder to enhance the taste . Again Add some hing and the Grated coconut. Mix it well. Garnish it with some more curry leaves. Now our white chick peas sundal is ready . Good for health as they are rich in vitamins and proteins
