Ingredients:
Raw greenpeas : 11/4 cup
Avarekalu : 1 1/4 cup
Green chillies : 7
Wet coconut : 1 big piece
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves : 10
Turmeric : 1tsp
Salt : 1 1/2tsp
Tempering :
Oil : 4tbsp
Mustard seeds : 2tsps
Hing : 1tsp
Procedure:
First, take d raw greenpeas, avarekalu, clean it well. Then take it in a bowl, add sufficient water. Boil it in pressure cooker in high flame in 1 whistle. Then switch off d flame. Let’s cool it. Then take it, strain d water. Take d boiled raw green peas & avarekalu. Keep aside.
Cut d wet coconut in small pieces, take it in a jar, grind it becomes fine powder. Keep aside.
Then take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, mustard seeds, Hing, fry it well & saute it well. Then add green chillies pieces, fry it well & saute it well. Then add boiled raw greenpeas & avarekalu, mix it well. Stir 10 mins. Then add turmeric, salt, coriander leaves, curry leaves, mix it well. Finally add wet coconut powder. Mix it well. Stir 5 mins. Then switch off the flame. Serve it with chapati, naan, curd rice or ate directly. So traditional & tasty 😍😍. Enjoy ♥️♥️♥️.
