Ingredients:
Green peas : 50 gms
Greenmoongdal : 50 gms
Blackeyed beans : 50 gms
Black chickpeas : 50 gms
Wet coconut powder : 2tbsp
Green chillies : 10
Turmeric : 1tsp
Salt : to taste
For tempering:
Oil : 2tbsp
Hing : 1tsp
Mustard seeds : 1tsp
Curry leaves : 10
Coriander leaves : 1/2tsp
Procedure :
Fst soak Greenpeas, black chickpeas overnight & soak Greenmoongdal 3 hrs & soak black eyed beans 30 mins. Then,strain d water, take fresh water, for boiling Greenpeas, Greenmoongdal, blackeyed beans, black chickpeas in pressure cooker in high flame in 3 whistles. Then, switch off d flame. After, open d lid in pressure cooker, take d boiled ingredients, strain d water. Keep aside.
After, take green chillies, wet coconut powder, grind it becomes paste. Keep aside.
After, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, mustard seeds, Hing, curry leaves, boiled one, fry it & saute it well. Then, add turmeric, salt, green chilli paste stir it well. Mix it. Finally add coriander leaves. Serve it. So tasty 😍. Enjoy ♥️♥️.
