Ingredients:
Groundnuts : 200 gms
Green chillies : 3
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves : 10
Turmeric : 1tsp
Salt : 1tsp
Tempering:
Oil : 2tbsp
Mustard seeds : 1tsp
Hing : 1tsp
Procedure:
First, take d ground nuts, break it open d groundnuts, get d nuts. Keep aside.
Then take d nuts, clean it well, add water, keep it in pressure cooker, boil it, close d lid in high flame in 4 whistles. Then switch off d flame. Take it. Let’s cool. Strain d water. Keep aside. Boiled nuts ready.
Then take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, mustard seeds, fry it well. Then add green chillies, fry it well. Then add boiled nuts, mix it well, fry it well. Stir 10 mins. Finally add turmeric, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves, mix it well. Stir 5 mins. Then switch off d flame. Serve it. So tasty šš. Enjoy ā„ļøā„ļøā„ļø.
