Masala mixed Dal ChaatπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:(250 gms)

Greenmoongdal, urad Dal, peanuts, chickpeas, chana, Blackeyed peas, green peas.

For tempering:

Mustard seeds, turmeric, redchilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, oil

Masala:

Redchillies – 6
Wet coconut powder – 1tbsp
Jeera – 1tsp
Coriander seeds- 1tbsp
Urad Dal – 1tbsp
Chana Dal- 1tbsp
Toor dal – 1tbsp

These masalas dry roast & grind it becomes fine powder.

Procedure:

Fst soak overnight green peas, chickpeas, peanuts,chana. Greenmoongdal, black eyed peas, urad soak 2hrs. Drain d water & boil it nly 2 vessels.

Nxt heat d pan, add 5 r 6tbsps oil, mustard seeds, turmeric, redchilli, salt, boiled dals & mix it cook 5mins. After, add masala powder, wet coconut powder fry it & mix it well. Serve it. So traditional & tasty 😍😍. Enjoy β™₯️β™₯️β™₯️.
